Please Note: If you are 70 or older you must contact us prior to booking an assessment. We may still be able to have you in if you are over 70, but we require an outline of your symptoms or health conditions in advance.
Please Also Note: There are a number of symptoms and conditions that we cannot work with or are not qualified to work with regardless of a person’s age. If someone is symptomatic with or diagnosed with any of these conditions, they should not schedule in. For a list, please scroll down to the bottom of the Clinic Policies page. If you would like clarification as to whether your symptoms might place you in one of these categories, please read the list first, and then contact us prior to scheduling an appointment to request approval to book in.
