Please Note #1: If you are 70 or older you must contact us prior to booking an assessment. We may still be able to have you in if you are over 70, but we require an outline of your symptoms or health conditions in advance.
Please Note #2: For children below 5 years of age.
Please note for children below 5 years of age: We can and do treat children of all ages but treatments take up to 3 hours to complete, thus a child will need to be able to sit in the room for that time period. They are able to play on a tablet or watch videos on a laptop during this time. Their parent may check in on them periodically, but unless the parent is also in for their own paid treatment that day, they may not sit in the treatment room. If you wish to bring in a child who cannot remain unsupervised for 3 hours, please wait until they are older or contact us to discuss the situation and we will see if we can find a workaround.
Please Note #3: Conditions we cannot work with. There are a number of symptoms and conditions that we cannot work with or are not qualified to work with regardless of a person’s age. If someone is symptomatic with or diagnosed with any of these conditions, they should not schedule in. For a list, please scroll down to the bottom of the Clinic Policies page. If you would like clarification as to whether your symptoms might place you in one of these categories, please read the list first, and then contact us prior to scheduling an appointment to request approval to book in.
